As well as supplying Water Coolers and Filtration Systems, we also offer our clients a maintenance and servicing contract. Our skilled staff can keep your water cooler in perfect working order due to our tracking system that allows us to monitor the maintenance done on any one system.

Management of Contract

  • In order to keep track of each individual machine and all its relevant history Cool Springs have a database specifically designed to suit our needs. It allows us to log the machines location and other relevant details such as contact name, phone number and where shut off valve for each machine is located. Photo of filtration system

  • The database also generates reports of machines that are due services and filter changes thus avoiding machines being skipped through human error.

  • By maintaining a history of each machine, problems can be anticipated and so avoided. For example a machine in a high usage area that requires more frequent servicing can have the intervals between our service calls reduced.

  • Cool Springs provides a water block for each of its machines which will automatically cut of the flow of water after a set amount has flowed past (from 5lt upwards).

  • In order to ensure water quality Cool Springs will perform independent spot checks on its machines from time to time.

  • A laminated map of each floor outlining where each machine is located and the position of its shut off valve will be provided for both security and maintenance staff. This will allow for machines to be shut down and isolated in case of emergency.

  • A copy of management information template will be provided.
