We supply two types of Water Purifiers/Coolers and each system has the option of adding in the SIP treatment process.

Our Water Cooler Systems come with the following features:
Cabinet Shell
The cabinet is robustly constructed with an attractive plastic, high-density polyethylene plastic moulded front and top and polyester-coated galvanized steel side frame.
Frame
A heavy gauge galvanized steel frame provides added strength and support.
Hot Tank
Type 304 stainless steel 2.2 litre capacity. The 500 watt heating element ensures precise temperature control.
Hot Water Thermostat
Automatic thermostat factory set at approximately 82-90. Hot tank is protected by a heat limiter in the event of a thermostat failure. A hot tank on/off switch located on the shelf is easily accessible. An adjustable thermostat is also available.
Cooling Reservoir
Type 304 stainless steel polished to a stain finish for easy maintenance. External refrigerant coil mechanically wrapped around reservoir for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Insulation is moisture resistant expended bead polystyrene. Cold water temperature is controlled by adjustable thermostat conveniently located on rear of cabinet.
Refrigeration Unit
Convection cooled condensers. Internally spring mounted, hermetically sealed compressor with automatic overload protector. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant or R12 refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube.
Filtration
Our filtration is nominally a 0.2 micron filter and we have tested it to guarantee removal of cysts to >99.95% in accordance with NSF - actual performance is actually >99.99%. You also get reduction of bacteria, similar to what you would receive with a ceramic filter, without the loss of flow and pressure associated with these systems.
You also get one of our high performance carbon blocks made from coconut carbon also with a metal absorber included which means you get Lead reduction, and VOCs reduction alongside the normal chlorine taste and odour reduction.
Silver is impregnated into the block to provide bacteriostasis which alongside with the pre -membrane means the carbon block does not load up with bacteria. This design of the cartridge is unique and allows the dirt and bacteria to be kept separate to the carbon block. This means the carbon is kept cleaner and able to work more efficiently.

This model is designed for high use applications such as in client reception areas,
the workplace and other similar areas.
