  • If we decided to go ahead with installation, do we have to provide water at the cooler?

- No, we provide a full installation service. We will bring the mains water to the cooler from any part of your building.


  • How long does it take to install a cooler?

    - All Installations vary, but a safe bet is; it won’t take more than 2 hours to install.

  • When Cooler is installed, do we call you if service is needed?

- No, our data base will notify us when your system is due for service.


  • How long is the lead time for an installation?

- You order this week, we install; latest the following week.


  • How much do the bottles cost?

There are no bottles; your cooler purifies your own mains water.


  • I don’t want pipes running all over my office!

- You will not see any pipe-work at all.


  • How long would it take you to respond to a breakdown?

- Latest 48 Hours.


  • What happens if the cooler leaks all over the office?

- Each cooler is fitted with a water block. This detects a leak at the cooler and shuts the supply off automatically.
